Laundromat
What hours are you open?
We are open from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Last wash is at 8:00 p.m.
Do your machines take coins or a card?
Our laundromat has washers and dryers that take coins.
What if I need help? Is there someone at your laundromat to help me?
We have attendants on hand Monday - Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. if you have any questions or need any help.
Do you have large machines?
Yes, we have large machines that can wash multiple loads or big items like comforters.
Wash & Fold
When can I drop off my laundry to be washed?
You can leave your laundry with one of our attendants any time between 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use commercial detergent with the option to use Tide, Gain, All Free & Clean, Downy and OxiClean.
Is there a minimum order for wash and fold?
Yes, our minimum order for wash and fold is 15 pounds.
Do you wash my clothes with other clients clothes?
Absolutely not. We always wash your clothes by themselves, never mixed with any other customer's orders.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery Monday - Friday with 24 hour turnaround. Unless you have a pickup on a Friday. There are no pickups on Friday.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 15 pound minimum order.
Do I need to be home to have pickup and delivery service?
No you do not. You can leave your laundry in a secure location and let us know where it will be when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it. You will get a text message when the driver picks up your laundry and when the driver returns it.
How do I schedule a pickup and delivery?
Simply click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button to place your order. It only takes two minutes to input your information.
What if I like my laundry done a certain way?
When you place your order there is a section called special instructions where you can tell us if you have any washing or drying preferences.
What if I am signed up for weekly or bi-weekly service and I go on vacation?
You can always suspend your service if you are out of town and then start it up again when you return.
